I'm afraid there was a mistake with my order. I needed two left handed gloves and received two right handed gloves. I love the gloves, but can't use them.

It works well on the golf cart

Putter is as was described, and appears to be well built. Golf League offered a discount compared to ordering directly from the manufacturer of the item. Two caveats: shipping communication was pretty fouled up. I got an early tracking number but it would not show updates. I ended up getting the putter while I was waiting for a message indicating the item was sent and actually being tracked in the shipper's system. Several weeks after I'd gotten the putter, I got an email indicating that it was out for delivery! Also, I am sure when the item left the shipper, it was in triangular box with integrity, but by the time it did arrive, the box was substantially crushed. I do not know how the putter was not damaged, but it wasn't and it works fine. So, product was what I wanted. The communication on shipping/tracking and the shipping packaging were not so great.

We understand you’re frustrated, but calling our business a “scam” doesn’t change what actually happened. The carrier did attempt delivery, but the attempt was unsuccessful. The package has not been marked as successfully delivered, and the carrier has indicated that another delivery attempt will be made.

If the package has still not been received by Friday evening, we’ll be happy to review the situation and discuss a refund.

As for the product review, we would appreciate it if you would consider updating your original review once this shipping issue is resolved. Product reviews are most helpful to other customers when they reflect the product itself, while shipping and service experiences are more appropriately addressed through the store review.

You are, of course, welcome to leave your store review as it currently stands until we have resolved the delivery issue. Our goal is simply to get your package to you and resolve the situation fairly.

Hi John, we show the delivery attempt failed. Tracking Update as of 9/1: Poughkeepsie New York, Failed delivery, retry later. (Contact Attempt Failed).

We will look into this now and see if we can get a better understanding as to why it failed to deliver on said day.
