We understand you’re frustrated, but calling our business a “scam” doesn’t change what actually happened. The carrier did attempt delivery, but the attempt was unsuccessful. The package has not been marked as successfully delivered, and the carrier has indicated that another delivery attempt will be made.

If the package has still not been received by Friday evening, we’ll be happy to review the situation and discuss a refund.

As for the product review, we would appreciate it if you would consider updating your original review once this shipping issue is resolved. Product reviews are most helpful to other customers when they reflect the product itself, while shipping and service experiences are more appropriately addressed through the store review.

You are, of course, welcome to leave your store review as it currently stands until we have resolved the delivery issue. Our goal is simply to get your package to you and resolve the situation fairly.

Hi John, we show the delivery attempt failed. Tracking Update as of 9/1: Poughkeepsie New York, Failed delivery, retry later. (Contact Attempt Failed).

We will look into this now and see if we can get a better understanding as to why it failed to deliver on said day.
