How do I install the strip?
Lift the worn strip out of the mat cutout and drop the new one in. There is no adhesive, no fasteners, and no tools required — the strip is cut to sit flush in the opening.
What are the strip dimensions?
The strip measures 12 inches wide by 30 inches long by 1-3/4 inches high, built from 1-1/8 inch nylon turf over a 5/8 inch high-grip foam backing.
Can I use real wooden tees in the strip?
Yes. The flexible tee zone accepts real wooden tees as well as rubber tees, so you can set driver tee height the way you would on a real tee box.
Does the strip punish fat shots?
Yes. The turf and foam combination lets the club dig slightly on a heavy strike so the mistake shows up in your feedback, without the wrist shock of thin, firm turf.
Can I use the strip on its own without a mat?
